Sacred Geometry & The Platonic Solids
Sacred Geometry is a term used to describe sacred meaning given to certain geometric shapes and proportions found in the design of all of creation!
Many of the ancient civilisations understood geometry, harmonics, mathematic ratios
and this can be seen in architecture, art and also music.
The Platonic Solids are named after Plato, the famous Greek philosopher. The Greeks referred to these five shapes as the ‘cosmic solids’ of the Universe.
The Platonic Solids are geometric shapes that occur naturally throughout the universe – in nature, in our DNA. The archetypal patterns of the four elements – earth, air, fire and water are represented by four of the solids and the fifth represents the pattern of the ether or life force.
The five Platonic Solids are the only five regular polyhedral (made from the same equilateral, equiangular polygons):
Tetrahedron (4 faces)
Cube (6 faces)
Octahedron (8 faces)
Dodecahedron (12 faces)
Icosahedron (20 faces)

The Platonic Solids can be used for meditation, healing, manifestation and energy work.
In a healing session, I work with the 5 Platonic solids that have been cut from pure quartz crystal. I also work with a crystal Orb and Merkabah.
Each individual Platonic Solid has its own unique multidimensional healing purpose and relates to a particular chakra, thus creating a shift in the physical, spiritual,
mental and emotional state in a positive and balanced way.
I also work with the Archangels and Healing Angels to over-light the healing.
