I have worked in the Beauty and Skincare Industry for over twenty-five years; working for inspiring companies such as John Frieda Haircare, Liz Earle Skincare, Neal’s Yard (Therapy Rooms). I am very grateful for all that I have learnt from these companies, as it has been invaluable experience.
I started my holistic training and spiritual work in my late 20’s when working in the Corporate world and over the years I have added many new skills. I am a professional Aromatherapist and Complementary Therapist specialising in Relaxing & Deep Tissue Massage, Hot & Cold Stone Treatments and Facials. I am also an Angelic Reiki Master.
I am a member of the International Federation of Aromatherapists, The British Complementary Medical Association and The Angelic Reiki Association.
In 2023 I launched my candle company – Heart-Given Candles where I have two ranges: The Heart-Given Range and The Celestial Range.
I have always had a quest for esoteric knowledge and a strong spiritual side. I have studied much and read many thought-provoking books that answered many questions but often raised more!
My fascination with symbolism and numbers led me to initially study Numerology, this was followed by learning the Tarot. The Tarot, like Numerology, is an excellent tool to help clarify the energy around a situation, identify solutions and show the stepping stones that need to be taken to achieve your objectives. Although my work has veered more towards Numerology and the Akashic, I do still use the Tarot when required.
Inspired by my own Akashic Record reading, I trained as an Akashic Record practitioner. The Akashic Record work can be incredibly insightful and transforming for clients. I frequently include a client’s Numerology Chart too, as I find it adds further clarity to a reading and often links in with the guidance being offered by the Akashic Record Guides.
In the last few years I have been very drawn to Reiki, in particular Angelic Reiki. I have always felt very connected to Angels and, I have felt their guiding and loving presence in my life during challenging times. I am now an Angelic Reiki Master and enjoy giving this treatment and introducing people to their healing angel and the Angelic Realm.
My life has had plenty of travel, change and many joyful times but some challenging ones too! The death of my partner in 2005 was a tough one. Coming to terms with this sudden loss was life-changing to say the least; there is not an area of your life that isn’t affected. Time does heal and you learn to rebuild your life around your grief and find peace of mind! In 2017, I did a Life Between Life reading, which was truly incredible. Working with my spirit guides I was able to understand the soul purpose of this experience and what I was meant to learn from it.
Losing my parents within fifteen months of each other was a reminder of loss and the impact it can have in your life.
On the positive side, having experienced loss has given me enormous empathy with others going through loss and grief, particularly the overwhelming impact of sudden loss. I have found spiritual guidance invaluable and I have trained as a Grief Counsellor and although I am not offering this service, I have found this training helpful both personally and in my work.
