Light Activation & Energy Grounding Visualisation
As the spiritual light flooding our planet continues to rise and our body integrates this powerful energy, it is important for us to stay grounded.
I do the following visualisation on a daily basis. Sometimes I play gentle music or I listen to the sounds of nature if outside. The visualisation can take as long as you like or be a quick 10 minutes!
As I work closely with the Angelic Realm I often call upon my Healing Angel or one of the Ascended Masters to work with me. Just ask, they are more than happy to assist you!
Visualisation:
I start by taking 3 gentle breaths in, connecting with my heart chakra.
I visualise a pure white light that contains flecks of gold pouring down from the Divine.
This sparkling column of light enters my Stellar Gateway Chakra. The light travels down through all my Chakras filling my body with radiant light energy: Soul Star, Causal, Crown, Third Eye, Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Navel, Sacral, Base, Earth Star.
When the light reaches my feet I imagine roots going deeply into the earth, anchoring my energy and connecting with the root systems of the trees and plants.
I close the visualisation by asking that anything not serving me is released from my energy fields. I then thank my Healing Angel or any Guides I have been working with.
